We are people with a mission, one that we committed to paper not too long ago, and now try “to live out…each day.”
All Saints’ Episcopal Church strives to be a growing Christian community that welcomes, nurtures, and nourishes people of varied cultures, backgrounds, and ages.
We are committed to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through worship, fellowship, outreach, and education for our parish family and for the community.
We gather as the Body of Christ so that we may grow in Christ and learn to live out our faith each day.
This statement reflects both who we are and where we want to go.
We are welcoming – warm, caring, and friendly. We embrace our diversity. We believe that there is room at the Lord's Table for everyone at All Saints’.
We are nurturing -- supporting one another; applauding accomplishments, milestones, and hard work; caring for one another in difficult times; and being there for our kids. We look to the needs of the larger community, and we reach out to try and make things better. We are energized and active in our ministries, and yet we know we can always do more.
We see our church life as nourishing -- people searching, inquiring, learning, striving to relate to the world around us, and struggling to appreciate the teachings of Christ and apply them to our lives. We enjoy spirited discussion, beautiful music, thoughtful sermons, and enlightening seminars or classes. We find comfort in our traditions, excitement in our diversity, and renewal in our worship. We are spiritual seekers -- young and old, single and partnered, raising a family, building a career, well into retirement, and just starting out.
